Artist’s Statement
I am painter. I mainly paint by oil or watercolor. The main subjects of my paintings are the view, the space and the environment. I am fascinated by traditional landscape painting. The basis of my artwork is to create an illusion of the three-dimensional space and to make a viewer reflect the meaning of the environment. My artistic working focuses on having constant dialogue with the surrounding reality. Its existence and expressions are made real by painting.
My purpose is not to present a detailed and skillful perception of the object, but to reveal its inner world and to achieve an aesthetic value.
