Artist’s Statement

I work with photography, video and performance. The key elements of my work are the control and uncontrollability of the present moment. My works are often based on real life experiences. Their themes are about presence and death.

My works are media performances that take the form of either installations or live action on stage. A common element in all my performances is the use of a stuntwoman and projections controlled in real time. The performances churn out danceful and digital maelstroms, electric crackles and flashes.
