Artist’s Statement
I'm a visual artist and freelance photographer living in Helsinki, Finland.
I graduated with master's degree from Helsinki University of Art and Design 2007. I've pursued my studies and I'm currently a PhD student in Aalto-University. The topic of my practice-based dissertation is Abstraction in Finnish art photography.
My working methods are experimental and the results often abstract.
I'm interested in light and photography's capacity to record it. I use a variety of photographic techniques and always enjoy stretching the limits of the medium.
