Artist’s Statement
Pasi Rauhala is a media artist whose works are often spatial and only come into existence with the viewer’s presence utilizing various types of sensors and modern technology. He earned a master’s degree from the Department of Time and Space Arts at the University of Arts in 2009 and from the Aalto University School of Art, Design and Architecture in 2012.
Recently Rauhala has worked with 3D, augmented reality, space, ready-made objects, video, photography, installations and performances.
