As an artist, the stance she has taken is the one as simply documenting (mostly) real events and elements of everyday life through painting. Sometimes it is a pure process of thinking (or total lack of it!), rather than perception, that is developed to a picture. Her artistic work include expressive ‘still lifes’ - produced with impressional state of mind.

Along with the visual art, she has worked in the research field. Her research deals with early human interaction, and especially, the questions of shared understanding and co-constructing the topic arising from the pictures.

Inspired by Japanese Unpitsu-painting and fascinated by the co-constructive and communicative element of interaction on the painting that is collaboratively produced, she is trying to handle the phenomena of both individuality and interaction in artistic work.
