Artist’s Statement
For me, art is flow of thoughts manifesting into it's own image under favorable conditions.
When I work, the most crucial thing to me is the world of forms and capturing it with versatile methods. I express myself with sculptures, painting, photographing, installations and with environmental art.
Sculpting is extraordinary and touchable beauty. I favor natural stone and pasta as materials. Dialog of water and stone is part of the process I go through with each of my works.
Process of painting is an inner journey and experience. Image within searches for the canvas and the colors. I feel like I am drifting into the image when I paint. It makes each process unique to me.
Photographing brings forth sensitivity to feel and absorb. It is a conduit to tell stories and open new doors. You can breath the picture, from within.
In my installations and environmental pieces I use renewable materials and ecological options. Recycled material is given a new life. Image and idea in combination with space give birth to new conceptual vision.
