Welcome to the Register of the Artists’ Association of Finland!

Our artist register presents professional artists either born in Finland or currently living in Finland. All the existing branches are included: painting, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, new media art, video art, environmental art, and performance art.

Our wide selection of search options allows you to search for artists, works of art, and works made to order.

The individual artist pages allow you to see images of art works, read artist biographies, and receive information about the places that sell works of the artist presented.

We also provide information about the most significant artists in the history of Finnish art.

The register is maintained by the Artists’ Association of Finland. It is a part of the ART360 project financed by a development programme of the European Social Fund targeted at promoting entrepreneurship in creative fields. The finance is channelled through the Ministry of Education and Culture with the Häme Centre of Economic Development, Transport and the Environment being the authority in charge of the finance.

The project has also received financing from the Cities of Helsinki, Kankaanpää, Oulu, Pori, and Tampere as well as Northern Satakunta Development Centre Ltd.
